Christchurch's unique location at the confluence of the rivers Stour and Avon and on the shores of its own spectacular natural harbour makes it the perfect destination to relax and unwind. Close to the magnificent Dorset World Heritage Coast and the tranquil New Forest National Park.

Devon County Council

Bounded by Cornwall to the west, Somerset to the northeast, and Dorset to the east, Devon County is abode to a population of more than 750, 000. We provide a raft of software to this beautiful County, including Planning, Sites, eGov, Highways and Mobile Working.

Dorset County Council

Taking its name from the County town of Dorchester, Dorset provides the backdrop to some of the most jaw-dropping rural and coastal scenery that England has to offer. The awe-inspiring, dramatic Jurassic cliffs tell a mighty tale of bygone eras when dinosaurs roamed the earth.

Durham County Council

The famous setting of Durham Cathedral provides the unmistakable backdrop for the County. This University City mixes tranquil cobbled streets with vibrant shopping areas to create a city with a feel of its very own.

East Devon District Council

A large amount of East Devon is made up of two Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty, which gives the District Council and enviable backdrop. Here at DEF we’re proud to provide Local Development Framework software to the Authority.

East Dorset District Council

With its headquarters just outside the thriving historical market town of Wimborne Minster, East Dorset District Council covers the popular areas of Verwood, Ferndown, West Moors and Corfe Mullen. The area also boats large areas of lowland heath.

Lancashire County Council

Home to 1.5 million people, from Blackpool to Blackburn the County boasts a tapestry of historic northern towns and stunning villages. For more than a decade, DEF have proudly provided software into the Authority.

Leicester City Council

The tenth largest city in the UK retains many of its historic building and rich architectural history. Home to the National Space Centre, the Grand Union Canal and a multitude of cultural attractions, we’re proud to provide software to the unitary authority.

Malvern Hills District Council

This uniquely beautiful place has more to offer than just landscape. Based in the largely Victorian town of Malvern the District Council covers most of the western half of Worcestershire. The Malvern Hills themselves offer scenic views over the counties of Herefordshire and Worcestershire and the District includes much of the Malvern Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Northumberland National Park Authority

At 1030km², The National Park stretches from the Cheviots in the north to Kielder in the South, whilst the most southerly tip boasts the mesmerising Hadrian’s Wall. We’re proud to provide Planning and eGov to the Authority.

Nottinghamshire County Council

Nottinghamshire boasts some of Britain’s greatest cultural icons including Lord Byron and D.H. Lawrence. Purbeck District Council

With a population of around 46, 000, Purbeck sits within the County of Dorset, stretching from its northern tip down to the peninsula to the south. With a World Heritage Site via the Jurassic Coast, Purbeck offers an area of outstanding beauty. We’re proud to provide software to the Authority.

Redcar & Cleveland Borough Council

With a 135, 000 inhabitants, Redcar & Cleveland offers a stunning coastline alongside a number of world class nature reserves. The famous Saltburn Cliff Lift is a must see! We’re proud to provide Planning, Building Control and eGov to the Authority.

Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council

RCT is made up of the three valleys: the Rhondda Valley, Cynon Valley, and Taff-Ely Valley. From a proud mining history, the area has progressed dramatically in recent years. So much so, the Sir Richard Attenborough chose RCT as the site for Dragon International Film Studios.

Snowdonia National Park Authority

827 square miles of raw, outstanding beauty inhabited by a population of around 26, 000 make up Eryri. Around the base of Snowdon, the highest mountain in Wales at 3560ft, are an array of rare mammals and birds that bring tens of thousands of visitors to the park each year.

South Northamptonshire Council

Form its administrative centre in the beautiful town of Towcester, SNC delivers services to the 86,000 inhabitants of South Northamptonshire. From the Jurassic Way to the world famous Silverstone Circuit, SNC is a vibrant and developing district.

South Tyneside Metropolitan Borough Council

Nestled on the mouth of the River Tyne, South Tyneside is where you will find the DEF Software HQ. From the marauding Cleadon Hills to the Georgian mansion houses of Westoe Village, we’re proud to call South Tyneside home.

Surrey County Council

One of the Home Counties, Surrey is home to more than a million residents spread throughout its 11 districts, each boasting its own Wildlife Trust reserve. If H.G.Wells saw fit to base The War of the Worlds in Surrey, then it certainly gets the DEF vote. A beautiful County!

Torfaen County Borough Council

A population of 91,000 have the County Borough of Torfaen as their home. The 160-acre Pontypool Park is truly beautiful, but perhaps the jewel in Torfaen’s crown is Blaenafon (Blaenavon), a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Vale of Glamorgan Council

The Vale is the most southerly county of Wales, with its coastline famously dipping into the Bristol Channel. Cosmeston Medieval Village is a history lovers’ paradise whilst Barry Island offers true seaside living. The Vale is an inspirational part of Wales!

Wealden District Council

The Seven Sisters, Birling Gap, the history of the Ashdown Forest and the beauty of the Sussex Countryside are but a few of the highlights. 150, 000 residents across 35 wards proudly call Wealden their home.

Wrexham County Borough Council

Situated in the north east of Wales, Wrexham County Borough has a population of circa 135, 000, border to border. From St. Giles’ Church (one of the Seven Wonders of Wales) to Pontcysyllte Aqueduct (a World Heritage Site), Wrexham is a beautiful place to both live and visit.

Wychavon District Council

The District of Wychavon is located in the heart of Worcestershire, comprising of 3 main towns: Droitwich Spa, Pershore and Evesham and over 100 villages including the jewel in the crown, the Cotswold village of Broadway. With a rich history the area offers an abundance of events and award winning Festivals.
